M's workouts

My workout routine is not as strenuous as K's, but that's because I'm not a competitor! K has great tips for those of you who are heavy into fitness. My tips are for those trying to get back into it, or start for the first time.

This is a typical week for me. I'll get around to posting specific workouts, but this is my standard routine. I don't schedule a day off, I just take one day off when I'm feeling run down.

Monday

Fast-paced strength training class
Mat Pilates

Tuesday

Zumba
BodyFit (half hour class)

Wednesday

Personal Training session

Thursday

30 minutes of cardio
BodyFit (half hour class)

Friday

Zumba
Weight lifting

Saturday

Fast-paced strength training class
Kickboxing

Sunday

Zumba
